Tanisha International, established in year 2000, is an ISO certified stone processing and exporting company promoted by professionals having qualifications in Engineering and Management.

Our specialisation is in executing projects where our works began right from estimation to final execution stage.This involves understating engineering drawings, material specifications, suggesting suitable material, getting test reports, suggesting alternative material if required preparation of samples, preparation of mock up, sourcing of raw material, production. packing and dispatch.

Raw material is sourced from our own quarries as well as from market by our team of expert keeping in mind clients exact requirement in terms of quality and delivery. Our team of professional inspectors have long experience in this and are capable to meet any kind of challenging job.

After election of raw material, the blocks are transported to our factory where they are first processed on block dressing material to make blocks suitable for further processing and minimising cutting losses.

After this block are shifted to high speed multi blade cutting machines for cutting into slabs of required thickness. Multi Blade makes sure that the thickness variation is under control and at the same time production is fast

After this the slabs are grinded and sent to automatic expoxy line. Treatment on epoxy line enable material to get better finish.After epoxy the slabs are shifted to 12 head automatic line polisher for getting final finish. On this line we can get various type of surface like honed finish, Mirror Polish, Leataher Finish, Bush Hammerd finish etc. Flamed and Shot Blast Finish is obtained on different set up.

After this the slabs are shifted to automatic edge cutting machines controlled by computers to cut slabs into pieces of required dimensions. This computer-controlled operation make sure that the dimensions are well within required tolerances as allowed in drawings.

After this pieces are cleaned and final visual inspection is done and then sent for packing into sea worthy packing and transported to the nearest sea port.Our representative is also present at the port to make sure that the boxes are properly loaded into container for their onward journey to final destination.
